The International Student Connector Program can help international students like you, broaden your opportunities to network through meeting one-on-one with established business owners and operators, managers, civil servants and community leaders in Halifax who work in the industry you're interested in.

Through one-on-one scheduled meetings with leaders known as “connectors”, you will have the opportunity to discuss the local job market and learn how your skills can be applied in Halifax. The goal of the program is to enhance your networking skills, grow your local professional network,  and improve your current job search. 

International Co-op Students

The International Student Connector Program provides businesses access to brightest international co-op students in many disciplines, such as IT, Engineering, Aerospace and Defense, Life Science, Environmental Studies, Hospitality, and Health Care. Read more

International MBA students is an untapped talent pool in Halifax. Their Canadian post-secondary education, critical thinking skills, multilingual skills, international work experiences, and keen business acumen will benefit local businesses whether they want to expand internationally or grow locally. International Master of Finance Students

Halifax has the second highest concentration of financial services companies in Canada. Fortunately, there is a large pool of International Master of Finance students and graduates in Halifax. With a growing financial market, it only makes sense to connect these students and graduates to financial companies looking for skilled talent. Read more
