Ken Rowe, CEO of IMP Group International Inc., has another award for his corporate trophy case. Last week, he was named Atlantic Business Magazine's CEO of the Year for 2005. The honour came during the magazine's seventh annual Top 50 CEO ceremony.

Mr. Rowe was also inducted into the magazine's new Top 50 CEO Hall of Fame, an honour granted to five-time winners of Top 50 CEO awards. Once a CEO is in the hall of fame, he or she is a lifetime member and is called on to assist in future judging.

Other Nova Scotia CEOs inducted were Dr. Sheila Brown, Mount Saint Vincent University; Don Mills, Corporate Research Associates; and Robert Zed, the Zed Group.

Collectively, the winners' companies represent $18.4 billion in annual revenue and provide employment for almost 80,000 people.
