Partnership shows lots of initiative

The Greater Halifax Partnership's SmartBusiness Initiative has proved to be smart for Halifax businesses.
"This is a great project," said Valerie Payn, president of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce, in an interview Thursday, following the partnership's annual general meeting at the World Trade and Convention Centre.
