HRM's business community is fueled by the power of a growing economic engine - namely, the downtown cores of Halifax and Dartmouth.
Yet Mayor Peter Kelly point outs that new and prosperous developments in HRM's smaller, less predictable business districts are the spark plugs that will give that engine a smooth kick-start.
