Manager, Priority Youth Project
In her role as Manager, Priority Youth Project, Cynthia is responsible for mobilizing HRM businesses, associations, government groups and service providers to develop an employment framework focused on connecting an under-utilized labour resource, priority youth, with local employment opportunities.
Cynthia has a diverse background in business supported by training in Project Management, a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours), Business Diploma, and is a Certified Business Manager through Dalhousie University. The highlights of her experiences include working with government, Sector Councils, and private businesses to prepare and deliver provincial conferences, present training sessions, as well as, to research and develop a provincial Emergency Operations Centre, coordinate community information sessions, research trade certification, and assist with business accreditation.
