Rick is currently Senior Counsel with the M5 Group, a marketing and communications consultancy with office throughout Atlantic Canada and in New Hampshire. His focus of work is in the areas of marketing research and strategy, as well as, consumer behavior. He has worked the field for over 30 years and consulted to firms large and small in telecommunications, travel & tourism, packaged goods and green products. He also has an extensive background in public opinion research and political polling.
