In March, 2003 Jonathan joined the Partnership in a corporate communications role.  With over 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, he is responsible for managing the Partnership's day-to-day corporate communications activities.  This includes strategic communications planning, branding, message and collateral development, media relations, speech writing and stakeholder communications.

Prior to joining the Partnership, Jonathan held a number of marketing and communications roles in the private sector, including Marketing Manager with a local recruiting firm, Communications Officer with Nova Scotia Power, Associate at Corporate Communications Limited (now Colour) and various contracts including a marketing role with the 2003 East Coast Music Awards. 

A native of Halifax, Jonathan graduated from Dalhousie University in 1996 with a Business Degree with a Major in Marketing. In addition to his work at the Partnership, he is involved with Envision Halifax, a volunteer on the Blue Nose International Marathon Communications Committee and a member of the Canadian Public Relations Society.
