Group of Cape Breton businesses wants to improve stagnant economy

SYDNEY - They're not sure how they're going to do it, but a new Cape Breton business partnership knows what needs to get done.

Citing the Greater Halifax and Greater Moncton partnerships as examples, a group of island businesses joined together Monday to launch what they hope will become a similar lobby group focused on promoting and strengthening the island's stagnant economy.
