The Greater Halifax Partnership and the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration, along with its partners, have identified a number of individuals who want to make Nova Scotia home and who have the worldwide ties and expertise that so many of our businesses need to compete. This pool of labour consists of immigrants, international graduates, and international students who are nearing the end of their studies.
